  • on a long back-button press, jump directly to map screen
    • useful for quickly getting out of deep menus
    • how long is a long press ?
      • fbreader (I think :) has a long press activated submenu - check which delay it uses
      • display a "charging" indicator for a long press ?

long press was implemented preV0.24-1 -> there might still be some submenus where this does not work, that have to be fixed
